Update chrome and gmail icon to look like the pixel

The gmail icon is very inconsistent it has different color shades instead to make it more consistent remove those color shades and redesign the icon to have lines and the chrome icon is outdated to make it up to date make the lines from the chrome icon a little bit more thicker
