Manager can be in RUNNING state with no disk in a hyperbox

I have a factory manager in the corner of a hyperbox that runs my phyto farm. If I create a NEW hyperbox, and place another factory manager relatively in the same position as the other factory manager in the ORIGINAL hyperbox, I get a factory manager that is RUNNING with no disk in it https://imgur.com/a/dom9nFx If I place a program disk inside it, it gets overwritten with the program that is running in the other hyperbox

Position A: Same as ORIGINAL factory manager
