Add way to "tune" network tool to a specific cable network by whacking a manager

Default right click behaviour with the network tool is to open the text editor the the inspection results. When right clicked on a manager, have gui to have user pick between that default behaviour OR to tune the network tool to the cable network of that manager. Shift-rightclick on the air to untune to display all networks again.
