Tooltip Keeps Showing Up in Editor

When I'm using the editor to edit text the tooltip for the "Edit" button in the Factory Manager pops up every time I move the cursor with the arrow keys. This makes it very hard to see the code I'm editing when I get to those lines.

oof might be able to avoid this by editing the disk in your hand until a proper fix is identified
