SM OR - Dropdown can open while it's disabled.

Go to any contract which has an episode assigned to a group -> Open New Condition Creation Dialog -> Go to Set Time Limit -> Daypart. Actual Result: when Fixed is selected the Daypart Dropdown can also be selected - while it's disabled. Expected Result: Dropdown is disabled with no option to open it.
