SM OR - Data Table cells gets smaller after transferred.

The issue reproduce again after we used the new openfaces.jar.

After doing an operation which leads to a screen refresh, In the terms tab - program grid , the table does not render correctly than the rest of the grids. This issue is reproducing differently in chrome and in our ONAIR environment:

And this is what happens in our environment: (the problem is much worse than in chrome)
