Bump fast-xml-parser, @aws-sdk/credential-providers and @aws-sdk/client-lambda in /api_server

Removes fast-xml-parser. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies fast-xml-parser, @aws-sdk/credential-providers and @aws-sdk/client-lambda. These dependencies need to be updated together.
