Support 7z compression, password protection and compression strength

Compression support enhancements: Support 7z-files, support password-protected files to be created (allow entering a password before files are compressed), allow compression strength to be defined

This should probably be a plugin, or needs to be simplified, seems a bit excessive for a general file manager.

@EmmanuelMess FWIW, Samsung's default "My Files" file manager supports password-protected zip and basic 7z. Not password-protected 7z (or tarballs) for whatever reason.

The UI that they use looks nice and could be extended to support other formats (such as tar):
