Create and AE2 Suggestions

Allow the ability with create to use it to create assembly lines for AE2 Circuits to help automate the drives we need for our ME systems. Stone block 3 has support it, so I figured AOF6 would have it too.

It's something to do with KubeJS it's all I know and it's super handy and I'd love to see it.
