DarkUtilities Necklaces doesn't work when equipped

Version of the Modpack : 1.8.2

I realised that when the necklaces of DarkUtilities are equiped in the necklace space of trinkets, their effect disappear. I tried with Sleep Necklace and Portal Necklace. However they work well in the inventory.
