Update favicon to CA instead of CC
Based on issue https://github.com/Team254/cheesy-arena/issues/73
I have designed a new possible icon that says CA (for cheesy arena) instead of CC (which I assume was for chezy champs because it is the same icon that is used on the website)
I used the closest font I could find and tried to follow the same style as the previous icon.
Due to the fact that ico files can not be viewed on GitHub, below is the image and a link to a png version.

I had trouble with working in my fork, so that is why there are 3 un-needed commits.
You also have to replace the apple-icon file (make sure it is transparent) since it is used for some of the pages.
I personalty don't see a reason to change the logo since its just used as the favicon. And if it does get changed maybe it should be the slice of a cheese wheal instead.
I'm just thinking that cheesy arena and chezy champs are not the same thing, so the icon should be different.

Like I mentioned with the abort sound. Anyone can change that file in their own build if they really want to.
I see where Evan coming from but cheesy arena was made for Chezy Champs then they made it accessible for teams to use at other competitions. If you can use Cheesy Arena at your own competitions then you can change the sounds and the logos. All you have to do is change the logos in the static folder, very easy.
