Add Croatian translations

Added Croatian translations. This includes adding onto the xml for the Croatian language. Placed underneath Serbian (Latin). The new file contains all the necessary translations for the app's strings.

Our language is similar to Serbian as well as other east European countries. We more often then not, 'borrow' English words.

I hope the translations are good enough to merge. Surprised to see a Serb translation and not croatian.
