[Feature Request] Mystical Mechanics API Combat

Mystical Mechanics API is a mechanical power system used primarily by Embers Rekindled but has since been integrated and used by various mods. Mechanical Crafting even included a block to allow the windmill and water wheel to power this energy transmission system and something very similar (that works both way) would be an incredible addition.

For the sake of simplicity the mystical power output could have a fixed torque output as the Power System only has one dimension.
