[Bug]: Missing or bugged features of Packer multiblock

Description

1. You can't output the liquids from Fluid Packer
2. There are no new features from "Naming Stamp" upgrade
3. You can't get minecarts into Packer with "Minecart" upgrade. I suppose that the railway in Packer is not wide enough for a minecart to get in.
4. You can't make multibullet magazines with Packer (using two different tasks and "repeated packing"). Since it packs only the bullet/item within first task. (And more so, it doesn't even spend any bullets at all!)

Expected Behaviour

1. Fluid Packer should output the fluids into barrels
2. Naming Stamp upgrade should give Packer some new operations, I guess?
3. The wall blocking the minecart should either be moved or removed
4. Repeated packing should cycle through all Packer tasks instead of staying on just one on the top.
