[Feature Request] Better way to obtain Latex

Right now it is really slow to get latex, now I know it wouldn't be realistic to just infinitly pump a tree to get latex so maybe add a dried tree (after too many pumpage) or some other way to get latex. Or maybe a multiblock that would mix the rubber tree logs to extract every latex from it and sawdust.

The dried log idea is nice and would force player to re-plant the tree. As for the machine, maybe some collector multiblock with an inserter arm to pick the buckets? Not sure how would it look exactly, but a it's a needed feature.
