Bot not working and confusion

Actually I am first of all confused whether to use a discord bot/bot token or a discord acc/like a real acc token to use the auto catcher.

And I thought of using the discord bot and used it's token to use the autocatcher and filled all the keys properly and the bots starts too but it is here when the problem begin after the bot start. I used $spam and it didn't work it just goes to the channel and dosent type a single spam. It shows the bots typing but even a single isn't sent please help me with this I need it so bad.
