telegram userid botuserid 变更为64位导致将新用户识别为unsupport user

您好！请问您还有维护此项目的想法吗？您的bot功能非常完善，但最近telegram将userid和botuserid从32位更新到了64位，导致现在5开头的十位数字id会被bot识别为unsupport user，进而导致无法使用，能否请您拨冗修复下呢？谢谢！
