Dialog should open again when the UI application restarts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Once the dialog was invoked from the PLC and PC application was closed the dialog will not open again when the application restarts.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the dialog to be opened again when the application restarts.
