just realized we have edit and edit-with-message so we can have a single command edit and it'll have another option `clear` so if its true the modal will be empty...
what about make `/reminder add` and `/reminder list` subcommands instead, like we're doing for bookmark command
what about not having the ping when the bot replies back?

we can only have 5 user context commands, no? also i feel like these commands are ok as slash commands, when we can tag a user directly in a slash...
