Auto Links exclusions

With Auto Links, people have all sorts of odd HTML and want to try to exclude classes or IDs. Often this HTML comes from pagebuilders and doesn't use divs or paragraphs.

One example with Gutenberg:

In this example, we could exclude "figcaption" as an element. But it doesn't work if you try the class
