Possibility to have a comma in numbers of total tags in the autocompletion field

Currently, there are no commas separating numbers higher than 1.000 in the total number of tags in the autocompletion field within a sentence page, and in various locales, such as Italian, these commas are changed into dots. I'm suggesting this because it's already implemented in other numbers occurrences through the website, so it could bring more consistency through all the sections with numbers.
