[draft] Bring up to speed with final CIP-30, allowing for CIP-30 extensions

Hello! I am keen to get this updated to support the final form of CIP-30, which allows for extensions.

I have drafted these changes, just eye balling it, as I dont understand the best way to be able to test this (I would appreciate some help on this 🙏).

I used #1 for inspiration, but there were some elements I thought to be incorrect/missed.

Changes

  • added the supportedExtensions initial API method
  • change to allow for arguments to be passed within the .enable() method
  • changed a comment to better reflect reality
