Add a note in the basic fascist strategy to try to focus on one liberal player (rather than multiple)

One strategy that I often discuss with other players is that many times rookie fascists will sling doubt on many of the liberal players and inadvertently get outed because of it. The most basic strategy for any fascist players is to act liberal and let the liberals disclose who they don't trust- then try to subtly focus your efforts to make that one player look fascist.

Typically, if you can get a single liberal player to think one other liberal player is fascist you will win the game.
