rsv2 and rsv3 must be clear

Tried everything, I have wireshark installed and did a packet capture of when I opened pj64 and net64 if you want to message me on discord and you know anything about analysis of packets

Could you please provide the packet captures? I know that it's a problem caused by the websocket library, but there doesn't seem to be a fix for that
