I'm was having the exact same issue. You need to download and use the .dlls from v1.1 of Ultralight.

I just realised I can use linuxPackages_lqx to get the same config on a 6.14 kernel.

The LQX kernel has been bumped to 6.15 so now that's not an option as a workaround.
