Blank white screen
When visiting the app for the first time on every route change there is no loading component but a blank white screen.
It's more a bug in https://github.com/jamiebuilds/react-loadable than in this project. The white screen happens so fast do it's only noticable in dev mode. In production it's under the rednering time of the loading component so the react-loadable just skipps rendering anything.

Side note, would you open to working on a typescript version or rewrite of rmw?
