No more supported plugin

Hello everyone, I was mad with no supported Braintree plugins so I merged all of pull requests and fixes in my own repository and it works properly (in production).

If you need a stable Braintree cordova plugin you can use it: ionic cordova plugin add https://github.com/fbognini/cordova-plugin-braintree

I hope a proper mobile software developer will continue to improve this plugin in the future. Many thanks
