Upgrade to pixi v7

I did a trashy poc to see if I could make the plugin run at v7. It seems to work fine but since I have very little idea of what I'm doing you better be cautious.

Hey there, thanks for the poc! I've not been using pixi in a while though, and was not even aware there was a v7 already by now haha. So I currently also don't really have the confidence (/time required to get that) to review your changes. If someone that knows slightly more about pixi v7 comes along and wants to review things and confirm all makes sense, I'm happy to merge and release it though.

I think it's okay to release plugin as 2.0.0-alpha and see how it goes. This way it will be easier for people to try it out and see if there are any problems :)
