[platforms and players] Winlator support (windows platform)

Hi, so I wanted to ask if you can add support for Windows platform using the winlator app, winlator is basically an app that brings all the x86 translators to one place and makes it simple to run PC games and apps the app can generate shortcuts to games and I thought it might be possible to add it as a new platform <3 thanks for the fantastic job you guys are doing already
