[Request] Option to hide media from list view

Hi, just started using daijisho and i think that having and option to completely hide the media stuff would be a nice option to those that prefer the minimalist approach to sort our roms(and to also show the entire name of the roms lol), something like a simple list to choose the game similar with the one we can create with retroarch playlists.
