Format SQL command does not appear in the Command Palette

Formatting can be run via the keybinding, but it would be nice to be able to access it from the command palette as well. It appears there is supposed to be a Format SQL command, but this does not appear in the Palette list.

Using vs code version 1.34 on macOS.
