Anyscale finetuning support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently tanuki only supports OpenAI finetuning. We should also support anyscale

Describe the solution you'd like Tanuki needs a way to specify which model you want to be the student model. This should be specified in a argument, and anyscale models should be supported natively.
