Could you provide some brief instructions?

I have managed to use the plugin to go to a random page. What I would really like to do is embed random blocks meeting a certain criterion (e.g. have a particular tag). It looks like the "random query" facility may be able to do this, but there are no instructions on how to use this. NB When I click on "random query" in the command palette, nothing happens.
