Improve import by code screen for sync1

Have a group configured for centrally managed users ("centrallyManagedUserProfile": true in app-config) Have some users created and some data for those users Now use the last 6 characters of one of those users's ID to register and download the data to an app. This is the screen we want to improve:

• Currently, it times out for under 1-2 minutes. On a slow connection this is a challenge.
• If it times out users have to regsiter a new account (we need a Retry function - manual or auto)
• If wrong code is entered there is no option to correct or error saying not found
• Some type of status - now only Syncing is showing but there's no failure
