Include reasons for absent when marking someone as absent

Currently we have only a default - Present and when tapped an Absent status. We want to have a configuration option to include a Being late status (perhaps change the - icon to orange) Other projects may also request more reasons as an option - perhaps the Being late maybe incorporated as a single reason If the conf setting for reasons include entries show them upon tapping the icon, in this way it may be easier to expend this reason setting in the future.
