Multi location, editor input fails when list name contains apostrophe

Expected behavior

Location list name should accept only latin only characters or sanitize the input

Actual behavior

If the location list name contains an apostrophe, the user cannot refer to any of the locations in the group

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Include an apostrophe in the location list name and then go to the edit/insert Location Widget on the form
