Page renders showing middle when cycle-sequence is in use

Version: Dunno, but Lachko updated the Chemonics server for me last week, so it's pretty modern. Issue on tablet and/or server: tablet

Expected behavior

When a new page renders after pressing the "next" button on the previous, the tablet should scroll back up to the top of that new page.

Actual behavior

If Cycle-Sequence is not empty and the previous page is sufficiently long (longer than the tablet's screen), then when the new page renders, there is significant text both above and below the view on the screen.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I have a page with 10 or so Correct/Incorrect/No Response questions on it, followed by another with about the same. After finishing the data entry on the first and clicking "Next", I go to the next page and question #4 is the first question at the top of the screen. I have to scroll up to see the instructions and Q's 1-3, down to see Q's 7-10.
