Clicking No on consent + "goHomeAfterFormSubmit":true doesn't redirect

When we have goHomeAfterFormSubmit":true in app config and a consent input in the form, clicking No on the consent form should close this form response and return to the main screen. Currently when we click No on consent the screen remains on the Response Review as below.
