Alternative wording to "Undefined" on shopping list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you add items to the shopping list that do not correspond to any categories or recipes (in the current group by option) then you see them under the header "Undefined".

Describe the solution you'd like

I would rather the header "Undefined" not be shown at all, or perhaps changed to a word that sounds less like an error (Like "None") but prefer not shown at all.

I think that makes sense. Its probably only software developers that know undefined as an error and None would be an error in python so probably something like "no category" but I get your point.

I will look into that when doing the new shopping list.
