Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to implement a "Back to Top" arrow button on the website. This feature will enhance the user experience by allowing users to quickly navigate back to the top of the page after scrolling down. The button should be visible once the user scrolls down a certain distance and smoothly scroll the page to the top when clicked.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add a "Back to Top" arrow button that appears after scrolling down a certain distance. When clicked, it should smoothly scroll the page back to the top.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative could be adding a fixed navigation bar with a "Back to Top" link or using infinite scrolling to minimize the need for a "Back to Top" button.
