feat: Add "Search and Filter Options" in Dashboard

want to work on the issue, kindly assign me. But for now only the title input is present in the ui, so for now only searches by title should work? because for date and tags the input ui should be different.

but where this rule is written nor you mentioned to self assign?
@arunimaChintu add the functionality to search events by tags and date. Create the frontend as well as the backend. Implement the functionality in Events page only.
