Create preact examples

These examples import the "@tanstack/react-router" into a preact project thanks to "@preact/preset-vite" that is doing preact/compat under the hood

The code was extracted from the react examples with the react specific parts stripped away so that when "@tanstack/preact-router" is done is just a change in the package json
