Incorrectly errors stating wallet already has sufficient amount of MATIC

Faucet says that my wallet which has less than 0.001 MATIC in it already contains enough to make transactions - plural. The single swap on QuickSwap I am attempting to complete shows the tx fee at 0.0078 MATIC. I also noticed in the information at the bottom of the page it says that 0.001 is enough to complete hundreds of transactions. Where is this possible and what kind of transactions? Thanks!!
