Added Omniglot dataset

  • Added scripts for fetching and transforming Omniglot dataset
    • Images resized to (28,28) with Lanczos filter (as in Finn et. al 17), and flattened out
    • Each 'user' is a unique character in the dataset
    • All 'users' have 20 instances
