How to use your update for Bootstrap 5, there is no CDN links... ?

Hi,

I saw you updated X-editable for Bootstrap 5 and thanks very much for that, but CDN links are not available...

Which files do I need to use X-editable with Bootstrap 5 ? You have change 7 files in the last commit :
