i-button文字在按钮上下不居中

微信开发者最新版本i-button文字在按钮上下不居中，需要重新设置line-height，用button的height减去文字的size才是正确的。

把app.json里的v2直接删掉试试？

不知道为啥v2按钮就不居中了，反正直接line-height：28px就好了
