Parallel tokens

While implementing transaction decoding for cross chain transfers, I realize that for Parallel we only support their native asset.

Feels strange because our webapp provides paths for transfering LDOT from and to Parallel, but we don't know this token in our DB. LDOT has id 110 so I assume we're missing out on a lot of other tokens too.
