[BUG] posthog delayed capture

Describe the bug transactions captures are delayed by 15 minutes + some random number of seconds, for privacy purposes however if user closes the browser before the timeout, data won't be sent to posthog

It would be nice to send pending captures before the end of the timeout if we can detect that browser is about to close
