EVM/Wagmi : disconnect then reconnect flow

1. connect talisman to the site using wagmi
2. pick account
3. go to the talisman extension pop up UI and click on the connection bar at the top and manually disconnect your account.
4. try to connect to talisman again - it automatically ocnnects to talisman BUT no account is chosen leading to a weird connected but no account selected state doing the same in MM triggers a brand new reconnect window where you select account again. reconnecting with talisman just skips that window
