[Bug] Teleport - ED restriction too high

Not sure if its bounded by code but right now you can't transfer anything less than the existential deposit even if you already have a lot more DOT than the ED requires. This happens e.g. when teleporting from Acala to Polkadot. Even though I surpassed the ED on Polkadot I must send at least 1 DOT + FEES. [Fritz]
